We have another cool morning here. Lots of produce to harvest in the garden and mushrooms to find in the woods. I found more yesterday and we had our second dinner with wild boletus mushrooms.
My namesake, the Bebop Rose, has started blooming again. Here she is on a poster I created for Bebop's Place.
Here is a beautiful cluster of detailed pink roses against a brilliant sky blue background by Photobippy.
This elegant floral postage stamp from Designs by Shell features a perfect pair of beautiful peach roses side by side.
Welcome to Bebop's Place
Beauty has been defined as "The quality that gives pleasure to the mind or senses and is associated with such properties as harmony of form or color, excellence of artistry, truthfulness, and originality." Since our responses are totally subjective, I can only speak to what moves me.
I want to share the beauty! I have created a variety of floral products for my Zazzle stores, Bebop's Place and Bebop's Weddings, using my original photographs and designs. I am also constantly amazed at the gorgeous floral products available from the rest of the Zazzle community. I am hoping others will enjoy this blog and even be moved to purchase some of these lovely items for gifts or just for the pleasure of having such beauty around.

It's another cool morning. The sky is just showing some lovely color. Yesterday I struck gold in the woods! The boletus mushrooms have emerged. I picked a load and used some for dinner. The rest got dried in the dehydrator. I'll be heading back out to the woods again today. Here is a poster I made last night for Bebop's Place of my first mushrooms of the season.
Now for the gorgeous roses...
I just love this gorgeous mug from Angel City Art! Pretty pink and red roses bloom on this unique coffee mug.
Here is a simple but elegant thank you card by casi_reisi with a single red rose.

It has gotten much cooler today and quite windy. I think I'll go to the woods to look for mushrooms later.
Here are some lovely rose products for the day...
I just love this gorgeous postcard from TheGardenPages. Antique reproduction of pink and yellow rose flowers botanical artwork by famous artist Pierre Redoute with blue butterflies. Framed with elements from antique manuscripts. The flowers are listed on the artwork; Persian yellow roses (rosa Lutea) and pink tea roses (rosa indica). Framed with elements from antique manuscripts.
This lovely poster print by Jamene is a color photograph of a blooming orange rose. This picture was taken after a rainstorm, so there are raindrops glistening on the petals.
This sticker available from Tempermental Musician has such a pretty, whimsical design of a hummingbird rose clef. Music art by Arianne.

The heat continues here, though it is supposed to break by tomorrow. My zinnias are really beautiful this year. I made a poster for Bebop's Place which features a single dark red zinnia flower. The petals are a deep scarlet and are set off by the plant's green leaves and the luminous green and yellow foliage bathed in sunshine. This plant is at least four feet tall!
Now for the roses...

A new month...and it is starting out like the middle of summer. We are expected to get into the mid-90's today. It is early and still dark here. As soon as it is light, I am going out to work in the garden before it gets too hot. Have to pick cukes, beans, zucchini and tomatoes. And there is a lot of dead heading of flowers that needs to be done.
Now some roses...
This simple but elegant tote bag from Bebop's Place features a lovely bouquet of deep red roses.
This interesting keychain by Flynn the Cat features a white rose with a red heart, bloody petals falling down, a crimson ribbon tied in a bow around the thorny green stem...
From jan4insight we have a card with a full-blown rose that "floats" over a subtly-patterned background you can change to your liking - just go to Customize > Edit. From her photograph of a rose in her neighbor's yard this spring.

Wow, the end of August is here! The roses are fading but my sunflowers are glorious. Here is a photo I took and made into a poster for Bebop's Place. This poster will bring brightness and cheer to your wall! Three brilliantly colored sunflowers are illuminated by the sunlight streaming through the petals. The flowers display a gorgeous palette of gold, yellow, orange, red and brown. Green leaves and blue sky complete this composition of color and form.
I still do have great rose products to post...
Here is a gorgeous rose photo by Val Brackenridge available from HANDPRINTS. A beautiful white rose will be sure to please anyone who loves roses of all colours, sizes and shapes. Use these invitation cards to send to family and friends with date, time, place and special event that you would love to have the attend.
This is just a wonderful card. Beautifully designed and with a very true sentiment expressed by Fastgear: "A rose is a beautiful thing, a moment in time can be also. If you have a beautiful moment, take your time, enjoy it, they can be fleeting and disappear so quickly you can sometimes wonder if it was real or not. Savor these times, enjoy the moment."
