As we approach the middle of September, I look forward to the brilliant autumn colors but I find I am feeling nostalgic about the delicate beauties of spring.

Here is a calendar I created for Bebop's Place from some of my favorite spring photos. Colorful flowers are one of the joys of spring! Each month of this lovely wall calendar displays an exquisite photograph of a cheerful spring blossom. Enjoy crocuses, tulips, apple blossoms, spirea, daffodils, lilacs, Jacob's ladder, irises, Johnny-jump-ups, antique roses, glory of the snow and columbines as you dream of strolls through garden paths.

National Park T shirt offers this marvelous poster. In describing it she said, "I found this beautiful field of sunflowers close to my house this week. They look like a captive audience of yellow and green!"

Country1969 created this tulip mousepad. I find his history of their meaning just fascinating. "They are one of the world's most recognized and loved flowers. The meaning of tulips is generally love. Each color has a meaning to follow. Examples are: red is true love, purple is loyality, yellow ones evolved over the years representing hopeless love to cheerful thoughts and sunshine. White is used to claim worthiness or to send a message of forgiveness. No matter what color they are they are still beautiful for all occassions".
