I really love the wildflowers of summer. I took this photo of Queen Anne's Lace yesterday, did some editing, and turned her into a poster for Bebops Place. This lovely, lacy white flower is also called the wild carrot. It was introduced and naturalised in North America, where it is often known as "Queen Anne's lace". It is so called because the flower resembles lace; the red flower in the center represents a blood droplet where Queen Anne pricked herself with a needle when she was making the lace. The single flower head on this poster, with it's hundreds of tiny blossoms, is set against a background of green, yellow and black.

Just look at the lovely pink roses on this floral postage stamp by Patcallum!

This lovely yellow rose against a dark background from SusansZooCrew is so striking, and perfect for that special someone! Or use it to convey sympathy, friendship, affection, nature, just about every occasion. Wear or use it proudly!
